Orders & payment
Orders placed on argosta.net are received and processed directly by Argosta, subject to product availability and to our confirmation call before dispatch. Payment is Cash on Delivery — you pay our delivery driver in cash when your order arrives; we do not currently accept card or online payment at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability, and will contact you if this happens.
All prices displayed on argosta.net are inclusive of 14% Egyptian VAT, and delivery is free.
Delivery
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value. We deliver only to the governorates listed in our Shipping & Delivery policy — governorates outside that list cannot be selected at checkout. See the same policy for current delivery timeframes.
Product warranty
Argosta appliances are covered by an official warranty of up to 5 years, with genuine spare parts and nationwide service through authorised service centres — see our Warranty policy for details.

Limitation of liability
We are responsible for the product's condition until it is delivered to you. After delivery, warranty coverage applies as described in our Warranty policy, through our authorised service centres.
